Changing your Membership
You can request your membership be upgraded or downgraded by emailing membership@mybodyrocks.co.uk,
Your membership change will take effect on your renewal date unless your membership is due to renew in the next 5days, in which case it will take effect the following renewal cycle.
Membership suspension/pause
Membership may be suspended in the event of redundancy, long-term illness, injury (which prevents training) or pregnancy.
We do not pause memberships due to Holidays.
Membership may be suspended for reasons not covered above at the discretion of My Body Rocks. During such suspension no payment will be taken but full payments will resume at the end of the agreed suspension or after 3 months.
To pause your membership, email membership@mybodyrocks.co.uk. Please note: it takes 7days for any pause to take effect.
Class Cancellations:
We operate a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy,
You can cancel your place on a class up to the start time of the class via Groovio; however, if you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you will not receive a refund of any Credit or payment

Class No Show:
​
You must cancel your place in a class if you're unable to attend in the Groovio app. You can cancel up to 1 minute before the class is due to start,
Cancellation must be done within the app; failing to cancel within the app will mark you as a 'No Show', and you'll automatically be charged a £5 no-show penalty, which is non-refundable, this applies to all memberships, packages and pay-as-you-go students.
Class Lateness

Please arrive at the studio early for your class to allow you time to put your things away and be ready for class. The warm-up is a vital part of the class, and missing this increases your risk of injury. If you're late, the instructor may not allow you to take part in the class, and no refund will be given.
Groovio
Groovio charges a 1% booking fee for all transactions made via the app. This cost is out of our control and goes straight to Groovio and not My Body Rocks
Cancelling your Membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require a minimum of 28 days’ notice. You can give notice within the Groovio app. Head to the home screen, at the bottom, you'll see a tab called 'me' click this, then select membership, and you'll see the button to request to cancel.
We are unable to do part payments. If your cancellation takes effect mid-membership cycle, you will have up to the end of that membership to use your remaining credits, but it will not renew beyond 28 days.
If you fail to give notice, we will continue to attempt to recover any money owed until you notify us via email that you wish to cancel your membership
Purchasing additional Credits:
Should you run out of Credits within your membership, you can continue to book classes at the pay-as-you-go rate. Some memberships include a discount on additional classes
Bronze: No Discount on Additional Credits
Silver: 20% off Additional Credits
Gold: 35% off Additional Credits
Platinum: 55% off Additional Credits
There is no discount available on any discounted or promotional memberships
Bringing a Friend:
Credits are non-transferable, if you wish to bring a friend, they must book for themselves using the Groovio app, If you use your credits to book for someone else you will lose the credit and the other person will be charged the full price of the class.
Membership Renewal:
Your membership renews on a specified time and date, which can be found in your dashboard within the Groovio App
Membership Payments:
Our memberships are a 4-week auto-renewal membership, except our unlimited membership, which is a calendar-month membership.
Memberships auto-renew every 4 weeks based on the date you first got your membership. Payment is due on your renewal date, any late payments do not change your renewal date. For example, if you pay 1 week late, you'd have 3 weeks left to use any credits before your next renewal.

Minimum Commitment:

All Memberships have an initial commitment period of 3 Months, during this period you may upgrade your membership but not download or pause.
