Your Safety Matters
At My Body Rocks, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and free from fear — both inside and outside the studio. If you are experiencing domestic abuse, stalking, harassment, or any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe, you are not alone. This page is here to gently guide you toward organisations and professionals who can offer confidential support.
You do not need to have “proof” or be in crisis to reach out. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to ask for help.
Understanding Abuse and Unsafe Behaviour

-
Emotional or psychological harm
-
Controlling or coercive behaviour

Physical harm
-
Stalking or unwanted contact
-
Monitoring your movements or communications

If any of these feel familiar, support is available.
