Give your child an unforgettable day of movement, creativity and confidence‑building this summer. Our Kids Half‑Day Workshops at My Body Rocks are designed to introduce young people to the exciting world of Aerial Arts, Acro and Circus‑style skills in a safe, supportive and high‑energy environment.

Each workshop runs from 10am–2pm, with a special showcase at 2pm where parents and guardians are invited to come and watch everything the children have learned.

Workshop Options

Aerial Elements Workshop

Perfect for kids who love to climb, spin and explore the air.

This workshop includes:
 

• Aerial Silks / Hammock

• Aerial Hoop

• A mix of fun Aerial Elements and creative movement
   

Children will learn new skills, build strength and confidence, and work together to create a mini routine for the end‑of‑day showcase.

Acro & Aerial Combo Workshop

A great choice for energetic kids who love tumbling and trying new things.

The day is split into two exciting parts:
 

• Morning: Acro & Acrobatics – balances, rolls, partner work and floor‑based skills

• Afternoon: Aerial Elements – Aerial Hoop and Silks/Hammock

This workshop blends flexibility, coordination and aerial fun, ending with a performance for families to enjoy.
